SHIPPING POLICY

We handle the shipping via UPS or Fedex. The shipping cost will be added after an order is placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Report any damage of the shipment through our shipping department at milka@qualiaglass.com immediately with photos after receiving your shippment. Claim must be filed within 7 days from the day of receiving. No credit / refund or replacement can be issued after 7 days. We appreciate your cooperation.
